Special Grief Yoga Class

Spring can be a bittersweet time for many, as it brings back memories of loved ones lost and milestones missed. But it doesn't have to be a season of sadness alone.

In this class I'll be sharing techniques that have personally helped me navigate these emotions, empowering you to find peace and strength during difficult times. Let's face this season together and emerge stronger.

Personal Private Yoga

Many people practice yoga in group classes, guided by a teacher, where the class might focus on a particular theme or peak pose but not on each individual’s needs and goals. In group classes, it is often difficult for the teacher to help every student.

Private yoga sessions provide the opportunity for you, the student to experience what you need, every time. Think of private yoga sessions as a gift to yourself, just as you would a massage, personal training session or other healing practice. You are investing in your health, your body, your mind and your spirit. Contact me to book a free call.

Move and Restore

A soothing practice for the end of your day.

In the first half of this 1 hour class we will focus on gentle movement, breath work and meditation.

Following the movement practice will be 30 minutes of restorative poses to calm body, mind and spirit.

Helpful to have a blanket, blocks, yoga mat, bolster or pillow.

A Healing Grief Workshop

Have you ever found yourself at the crossroads of love and heartbreak? The pain and grief that accompany a broken heart are inevitable when we choose to love.

When you experience a broken heart, the grief for what is lost manifest in various emotional and physical symptoms.  Anger, blame, shame, and the relentless cycle of "would've, could've, should've" are some of the emotions that may arise along with your sorrow.

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing.

5 Weeks to Grief Relief

Are you spinning in a wheel of grief emotions that feel out of control?  Or perhaps you haven’t been able to feel your grief and you are wondering if this is normal?

This program slowly helps you to acknowledge where your grief lives in your body, open to it, and transform through it. It’s a process of introspection, active release, reflection, rest & moving forward

The grief journey is hard, but to transform, renew, and rebuild your life you need to embrace your feelings and let go of what is weighing you down.

Yoga for Grief & Loss

In this special yoga class for anyone grieving a loss, we practice breath work and meditation designed to help you notice where grief lives in your body and then move the body to release grief emotions and open our hearts.
