Hi, I’m Sue
My first yoga class was in a gym and I was hooked on the physical benefits. Not until my son died by suicide some years later did I discover how breathing - learning how to breathe, paying attention to my breath - and yoga would have a profound impact on my life and grief healing journey.
Connecting the breath to our poses brings greater awareness to and connects us with our physical bodies. Meditation brings the stillness our minds need and helps us retreat from the business of the day.
Come join me! Yoga for grief and other yoga classes and workshops are offered via Zoom or in person in Cape Cod, Mass.
