Private Yoga

Why Private Yoga?

Many people practice yoga in group classes, guided by a teacher, where the class might focus on a particular theme or peak pose but not on each individual’s needs and goals.  In group classes, it is often difficult for the teacher to help every student.  Private yoga sessions provide the opportunity for you, the student to focus on what you need and will give you the confidence, knowledge, and experience to continue your yoga practice.

Private Yoga for Grief

Private Yoga for Grief

When you’ve experienced loss and are grieving, it made be hard to participate in a group class, even if you’ve been practicing yoga. Perhaps you think don’t want to face others at this time. Or you are afraid of expressing your emotions.

In a private yoga for grief session, you can focus on expressing your grief, finding some relief from grief emotions, or surrendering to rest, something that is so important to find. You will find a safe haven to release and let go without judgement.
